The hotel is fairly clean, the staff is professional, and the room is fantastic. The atmosphere of the property is family.

The hotel was clean, I liked it. The property was a great place for enjoying a really cute area. And it also had magnificent view. The stuff was welcoming and made my stay very enjoyable.

We loved the hotel, its good location and food. The room was well-appointed with extremely comfy beds.

I loved the place, terrific location and staff. Bed was comfy, I enjoyed it. That was cozy hotel set in downtown area. Moreover, a walking trail was 5 minutes' walk away. Lots of food options close to the venue. The whole experience was fine.

Non-smoking, top-notch rooms and charming location. Extremely friendly staff, great pool. Lots of great options for meal. The venue was within short walking distance to Reno downtown. Wake up calls and ironing were provided for free. The stay was such wonderful.

Everything was nice, but we stayed for 1 night only. Pleasant staff, cozy and well-organised rooms. The venue was in a central location close enough to the river walk and gorgeous Riverfront and many good restaurants.

Nice place to stay in Reno, if compared to other hotels. The breakfast was freshly prepared, the hotel was well maintained and fairly clean. Room was bright, non smoking and I loved it. Easy check-in, particularly good location. I asked for extra breakfast too.

Wonderful staff, recreational area and stunningly beautiful view from the room. Breakfast was satisfactory with lots of pretty good options. I loved a modern decor and antique furniture. The staff did all they can for an enjoyable stay.

Friendly people working here, spacious room. Downtown Reno district definitely deserves exploring...

It's a DELUXE place to stay with a private parking. Room furnishings are antique. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Thali that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Moreover, we parked on-site.

That parking space was missing. Water pressure was low in the bathroom.

Lovely place for exploring Reno.

The bed was not very comfortable here.

Idlewild park was situated just 1 mile away. We greatly enjoyed plaza on the river. The location was in front of everything we wanted to do. We would definitely return here & would definitely recommend to family and friends:)))

Our Bar is located within 900 feet from the hotel. Best resort experience. Large rooms. The venue was near to such local attractions as midtown district reno:)))
